1. Full title: Serving as head of specialization in the field of clinical psychology for people participating in the project entitled: "To the rescue - DIM staff" co-financed by the European Union, from the European Social Fund Plus under the European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027 program.
2. The subject of the order is to act as a specialization manager in the field of clinical psychology for people participating in the project entitled: "To the rescue - DIM staff" co-financed by the European Union, from the European Social Fund Plus under the European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027 program.
3. This order is divided is for parts. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. The contractor may submit an offer for any selected part(s) of the order, subject to the provisions contained in point 6 below.
4. A detailed description of the subject of the order in relation to individual parts of the order constitutes Annexes No. 1A and 1B to the SWZ. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in Annexes No. 1A and 1B to the SWZ and in the contract template constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.
5. The contractor is obliged to appoint a person to perform the order who meets the minimum requirements substantive requirements specified in Annex No. 1A-1B to the SWZ in relation to a given part of the order.
