Acting as an inspector during the implementation of construction works. for investments whose investment is the Ek Commune in the following sectors: construction, electrical, sanitary, road, telecommunications, etc. bridge, incl. hydrotechnic The subject of the order covered by this procedure is to act as the Investor Supervision Inspector during performing construction works in the implementation of investments indicated by the Ordering Party, the investor of which is the Ek Commune, in the following industries: construction, electrical, sanitary, road, telecommunications, bridge engineering, engineering hydrotechnical. The basic tasks of the Investor Supervision Inspector are: a) Investor Supervision resulting from Articles 25 and 26 of the Construction Law, b) Investor Supervision conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in Annex 1 to the Agreement, c) conducting reporting documentation resulting from the scope of the function performed, d) participation in committees and technical meetings organized by the Ordering Party, the Contractor, e) written analysis of the presented design solutions in the design documentation prepared by contractor in terms of compliance with regulations, functionality, and construction materials intended to be used. Detailed conditions for the execution of the subject of the order are included in the draft contract, Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
