Description:
The subject of this order is to act as an investor's supervision inspector for the revalorization of the manor and park complex in Nekla as part of the task entitled Development of adaptation activities to climate change in the city of Nekla under the Regional Program European Funds for Greater Poland 2021-2027. The scope of the task includes, among others: dismantling works, cutting down trees in conflict with the project and in order to revalorize the park's tree structure, maintenance works in the park's trees, securing trees during demolition and/or construction, demolition works, construction of lighting park and monitoring, construction of a water and sewage connection to a public toilet, earthworks, construction of park surfaces with foundations for small architecture, installation of small architecture, planting of trees, shrubs and perennials, installation of an automatic irrigation system, warranty care established greenery, melioration works. The coordinator of the investor's supervision team will be a construction industry supervision inspector with unlimited construction qualifications to manage works in the construction and construction field.
