Description:
1. The subject of the order is investor supervision of the reconstruction and expansion of the sports hall at Primary School No. 2 in Sztum, together with the necessary technical infrastructure, felling of trees and replacement plantings.2. The scope of investor supervision includes: in particular supervise: 1) implementation of works based on the received design documentation, 2) obtaining permission to use the subject of the order, 3) production and installation of the information board. 3. The detailed material scope of the subject matter of the contract is determined by design documentation, industry agreements and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works (STWiORB) prepared by the Pol-Inwest Andrzej Szajdziski design office from Kalisz, the content of which the Contractor is obliged to familiarize himself with. 4. Bills of quantities robt are of auxiliary and informative nature.5. All documents describing the subject of the contract should be treated as mutually complementary and explanatory in the sense that in the event of any ambiguities or ambiguities, the Contractor cannot limit either the scope of its obligations or the scope of due care in the performance of its obligations arising from...
