Description:
The scope of the order includes, among others: 1. Modernization of the amphitheater building. Anna Jantar in Wrzenia: surveying services as part of land development, preparatory and demolition works (including demolition of the above-ground part of the facility to the stage level), preparation of the area and connection of utilities, works repair and strengthening of the remaining building structure and modernization of existing elements, construction of the above-ground part of the amphitheater building, construction of internal and external installations, development of the area around the building (surface works, small architecture settings, lighting area). The coordinator of the investor's supervision team will be a construction industry supervision inspector with construction qualifications to manage works in the construction and construction field without restrictions and with the qualifications referred to in Art. 37c of the Act on the Protection of Monuments i care of monuments.
