Description:
1) The subject of the order is: Acting as an investor's supervision inspector for the task entitled: Reconstruction of provincial road No. 632 on the section from km 65+765 to km 66+080, including the reconstruction of the bridge in the town of Stanisaw, the first one at km 65+947, procedure no. 260/252) A detailed description of the Subject of the Order can be found in Part III of the SWZ. 3) The Contractor is obliged to transfer the copyright to the photographic and film documentation referred to in the general terms and conditions of the contract for the function of Supervision Inspector Investor.4) If the description of the subject of the order indicates trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process that characterizes the product or services provided by a specific contractor, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent.5) If the description of the subject of the order refers to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described. 5. Contractor obliged is in possession of current civil liability insurance (OC) for damage caused during the execution of the contract for the entire duration of the contract...
