• Description:
• The subject of the order is the provision of services related to acting as a substitute investor in the implementation of the investment entitled: "Construction of the headquarters of the DM13-01 Medical Dispatch Room in Kielce. The scope of the investment and the quality requirements are specified in the Functional and Utility Program and Feasibility Study. The substitute investor acts on behalf of and for the benefit of the ordering party. As part of the activities performed, the substitute investor has no right to sign contracts on behalf of the ordering party and to incur any financial obligations towards entities related to the implementation of the investment. Detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. Contractors who: 1) meet the conditions for participation in the procedure in terms of technical or professional capacity may apply for the award of the contract - this condition will be met if the contractor demonstrates that: 1. it has duly implemented diligence, at least one service of acting as a substitute investor in the last 3 years before the deadline for submitting offers, and if the period of business activity is shorter - during this period, with a value of at least PLN 300,000 gross. In case of providing more than one service the ordering party will consider the condition met if the total value of the services is at least PLN 300,000 gross.
