• Acting as a substitute investor in the implementation of the investment titled Construction of the headquarters of the DM13-01 Medical Dispatch Office in Kielce The subject of the order is the provision of services related to acting as a substitute investor in the implementation of the investment titled: "Construction of the headquarters of the DM13-01 Medical Dispatch Office in Kielce." The scope of the investment being implemented and the quality requirements are specified in the Functional and Utility Program and the Feasibility Study. The substitute investor acts on behalf of and for the benefit of the ordering party. IN As part of the activities performed, the substitute investor has no right to sign contracts on behalf of the ordering party and to incur any financial obligations towards entities related to the implementation of the investment. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in the Annex No. 1 to SWZ. Contractors who: 1) meet the conditions for participation in the proceedings in terms of technical or professional capacity - this condition will be met if the contractor demonstrates that: 1. implemented properly diligence, at least one service of acting as a substitute investor in the last 3 years before the deadline for submitting offers, and if the period of conducting business is shorter - during this period, with a value of at least PLN 300,000 gross. IN If more than one service is provided, the ordering party will consider the condition met if the total value of the services is at least PLN 300,000 gross.
