• Acting as a substitute investor for the investment titled: "Modernization of the building - O/Poznań I" The subject of the order is the service of acting as a substitute investor by: 1) full-industry investor supervision over the implementation of documentation design, 2) participation in the preparation and conduct of the tender procedure for the selection of the General Contractor of construction works, 3) participation in the preparation of the material and financial schedule for the implementation of the investment, 4) change management, e.g. design changes, organizational, etc., 5) full-discipline investor/technical supervision over the implementation of construction works, ending with obtaining a building occupancy permit and a final report on the modernization settlement, 6) controlling the removal of defects and faults reported during the period of warranty for defects and warranty for the completed design documentation or completed construction works granted by the Designer or the General Contractor of construction works, 7) participation in the review before the deadline guarantee provided by the General Contractor of construction works and warranty for defects.
