Description:
The subject of the order is the service of performing the function of a Supervision Inspector, consisting in supervising the implementation of works, including investor supervision within the meaning of the Construction Law and consisting in supervising the implementation of the contract for improvement energy efficiency (EPC contract) at the investment stage, reporting, as well as cooperation with the Ordering Party and material and financial settlement of the project implemented as part of the investment task entitled: "Deep thermal modernization of buildings public utility” divided into three partial tasks. Partial task no. 1 The scope of partial task No. 1 includes investor supervision over construction works for the following buildings: 1)Żłobek Miejski nr 1, ul. Wróblewskiego 50; 2) Kindergarten Miejskie No. 33, ul. Walczaka 4; 3) Municipal Kindergarten No. 29, ul. Wróblewskiego 48; 4) Municipal Kindergarten No. 30, ul. Taczaka 1a; 5) Primary School No. 21, ul. Taczaka 1; 6)Gastronomy School Complex, ul. Okólna 35. Partial task no. 2 Scope of the task partial no. 2 covers investor supervision over construction works for buildings: 1) Municipal Nursery No. 2, ul. Obotrycka 1; 2) Complex of Technical and General Education Schools, ul. Czereśniowa 4e; 3) Emergency Care Service, ul. Spokojna 57; 4) Building Gorzów Wlkp. City Hall, ul.
