Description:
The subject of the order is the implementation of an investment task titled: Active playground at the Local Government Center in Troszyn as part of the W ogrdeczka obka project - stage II. The task will be implemented on plot no. 157/12 located in Troszyn. The scope of the task includes the delivery and installation of playground equipment i.e.: a quadruple swing with basket-type suspensions, a sonic slide, a sandbox, a house, a botna kitchen, a sail and small architecture, i.e. garbage bins and a board with regulations. Additionally, construction of surfaces from overgrowth mats together with sub-bases and lawns by sowing on the ground of approx. 90 m2. Scope of the task includes the execution of accompanying works necessary for the proper implementation of the investment, i.e. preparatory works, securing and tidying up the area and post-construction inventory. The detailed scope of the works and the conditions for their implementation are determined by: 1) Design documentation - Appendix No. 9 to SWZ2) Specifications Technical Execution and Acceptance of Works - Attachment No. 10 to the SWZ3) Bill of Quantities, which is of an illustrative nature and may constitute auxiliary material for preparing the price calculation by the Contractor - Attachment No. 11 to the SWZ4) Designed provisions of the contract ...
