- 1. The subject of the contract is to perform active protection activities for Natura 2000 areas in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship: Jozefow - Wola DΔbowiecka PLH180011 and Εukawiec PLH180024.
2. The detachment description and manner of implementation of the subject of the contract has been determined
In a detailed description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1 to SWZ.
3. The commander divided orders into 2 parts:
1) Part 1: Performing active protection procedures in Natura 2000 Jozefow - Wola DΔbowiecka PLH180011;
2) Part 2: Performing active protection procedures in Natura 2000 Εukawiec PLH180024.
4. The contractor may submit an offer for all parts.
5. The landlord may award orders for all parts to one contractor.
1. part No. 1: Performance of active protection procedures in the Natura 2000 Jozefow -Wola DΔbowiecka PLH180033 - manual or mechanical removal (excision) of trees and shrubs in valuable areas Naturally habitat, (code: 6230) Floristically rich mountain and low -flesh grasslands (Nardion - floristically rich patches) constituting the subject of the area of ββthe area, along with the export of the resulting biomass.
The subject of the contract includes field work, including:
1) removal of the raid and the trees of the trees and shrubs and suckers of individual copies of trees and shrubs from an area of ββapproximately 1.29 ha,
