• Search and active protection of breeding black-tailed godwit Limosa limosa in the Natura 2000 area of the Central Warta Valley PLB300002 1. The subject of the order is a service consisting in searching for and actively protecting breeding black-tailed godwit Limosa limosa in the Dolina Natura 2000 area Central Warta PLB300002 divided into two stages. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the execution of the order are specified in the Description of the subject of the order, constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. The subject of the order is search and active protection breeding black-tailed godwit Limosa limosa in the Natura 2000 area of the Central Warta Valley PLB300002: a) Stage I: active protection of breeding grounds - implementation of the order in 2026, b) Stage II: search and active protection of breeding grounds - implementation of the order in 2027; 2. Purpose of the item The purpose of the order is to increase the breeding success of the black-tailed godwit and ensure the sustainability of the population in the Natura 2000 area of ​​the Central Warta Valley PLB300002. 3. The Ordering Party informs that for the purposes of implementing the subject of the order, it has a decision of the General Director Environmental Protection on derogations from bans in relation to the black-tailed godwit. 4.The subject of the order includes: a) Locating nests and monitoring breeding (applies only to stage II): locating breeding areas and searching for black-tailed godwit nests before starting work agrotechnical within the boundaries of the Natura 2000 area Central Warta Valley PLB300002 between Koninen and Rzuchów; determining the exact location of each found nest using a GPS device; following the fate of...
