The subject of the order are forest management services as defined in Art. 6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of September 28, 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567, as amended - "Forest Act"), in particular works in the field of nature protection, i.e. carrying out treatments active protection consisting in removing the growth and regrowth of undesirable trees and shrubs in order to maintain the proper condition of non-forest natural habitats in the Natura 2000 Area PLH 300021 Training ground in Okonek in the Okonek Forest District in the years 2025 - 2028.
