- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting in performing the function of the Investor Supervision Inspector for the task of carrying out construction works called Active Tczew, reconstruction and modernization of the sports and swimming pool facility at ul. Polish Army in Tczew. Investment (construction work) will be co-financed from funds from the Polish Government Fund under the heading: Strategic Investment Program. The contractor is obliged to comply with the rules of the above-mentioned program.2. the provision of the service consists in particular in: a) providing investor supervision services over the implementation of construction works, including management, control and monitoring of investment implementation; b) submitting material and financial reports regarding the progress of construction works; c) material and financial settlement of investments; d) participation in investment implementation controls carried out by financing institutions and controlling; e) participation in warranty inspections. The detailed scope of the subject of the order is described in the Description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 8 to SWZ.
