Description:
The subject of the fall is the delivery (ownership) of reusable operational aprons for the Krakow Specialist Hospital W. Jan Pawa II in the scope of such as below: the subject of the plait is to use reusable operational aprons in quantities of 250 pcs on the basis of a lease agreement. The contractor is obliged to guarantee the ordering:- timely delivery of sterile reusable operational aprons to the ordering,- receiving dirty reusable operational aprons,- washing, drying and sterilization of reusable operational aprons,- marking of reusable operational aprons with the hospital sign,- markings Operational apron in order to read the quantities of individual apron cycles (laundry, drying, sterilization)- servicing reusable operational aprons for a period of 100 cycles (every apron should be serviced by 100 cycles). The cycle includes: reflection, washing, drying, sterilization, deliveries.
