Description:
The subject of the order is the construction of a retention reservoir with retention greenery in the area of ul. Akacjowa and Kwiatowa in Świecie. Rainwater and snowmelt water flowing from roofs, roads, sidewalks and other hardened surfaces will be discharged to the reservoir through rainwater collectors. In case If excess water occurs in the reservoir, it will be redirected to the existing storm sewage system in ul. Kwiatowa. The reduced catchment area is approximately 6.67 ha. The catchment area will reach ul. Wyspiaskiego, which will ultimately protect lower-located inhabited areas from flooding. Application of the system purification will protect water against contamination. As part of the task, the construction of a sanitary sewage system was also designed, which will enable the drainage of domestic and utility sewage from the new buildings that will be built in the area of ul. Wyspiaskiego, as well as reconstruction of the water pipeline (removal of interference). Location investment on plots no.: 29/1, 30/2, 2/34, 2590/2, 2600, 468/12, 468/10, 467/21, 467/16, 467/14, Przechowo registration area.
