Description:
1. The subject of the order is an investment consisting in the reconstruction of a building together with land development, as part of the task "Adaptation and change of use of an existing building together with development of the surrounding area and equipment for the purposes of social integration and family support. 2. Co-financed task under the European Funds for Kujawy and Pomerania 2021-2027, Priority 5 European funds for strengthening the endogenous potential of the region, measure 5.14 Renewal of public spaces OPPT.3. The planned investment involves the internal reconstruction of the existing building along with the renovation of the facade exterior of the building as well as on the development of the area adjacent to the building. The reconstruction involves changing the functional layout of the rooms while maintaining the public service functions. It is also planned to renovate the building's external facades and change its colors. The facility must also be equipped with: new sanitary, electrical and internal telecommunications installations.
