1. The subject of the order is the adaptation and implementation of the participatory budget and consultation system social services based on the open DECIDIM software and the development of its functionalities and the provision of technical assistance and maintenance. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the contract template with annexes, constituting Annex No. 11 to the SWZ.
2. The Ordering Party does not require the order to be completed by sheltered workshops, social cooperatives or other contractors covered by the provisions of Art. 94 section 1 of the Act of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "Act".
3. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of awarding orders, referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Act in an amount not exceeding 50% of the value of the basic contract. Due to the above, when determining the value of this order, the Ordering Party took into account the value of the orders referred to in Art. 1 point 7 of the Act, in the amount of: PLN 860,000 net. These orders will consist in the repetition of similar services - in relation to those described in this procedure in the contract template and its annexes, in particular in the field of pre-implementation analysis, programming work, integration with other systems, changes or expansion of functionalities, as well as technical assistance and maintenance.
