Description:
1. The subject of the order is the execution of construction works related to the task: Adaptation and renovation of the basement in Komunardow for the purpose of a warehouse, stage I, drying, waterproofing of walls as part of the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026.2. Construction works involve the execution of works protecting and sealing the walls of the basement of the building of the District Office in Otwock, including: 1) Reconstruction of horizontal waterproofing using the Crystal Injection technology 2) Preparation of a crystallizing coating with the application of a mineral sealing mortar 3. Detailed description of the subject of the order specified in the Work Program regarding waterproofing of the basement walls of the building of the District Office in Otwock at ul. Komunardw 10 along with the basement plan and bill of quantities. 4. The bill of quantities - due to the lump-sum nature of the remuneration - is only informative material regarding the type of works covered by this order, therefore the contractor cannot rely on the bill of quantities as the basis for pricing the offer.5.
