Description:
1. The subject of the order includes the adaptation and renovation of the building for the purposes of establishing the Toddler Club in the Domaniw commune - branch in Wierzbno, located on plot no. 260/6 in Wierzbno district.2. The detailed scope of works and the method of their execution are specified in the documentation describing the subject of the order, including in particular: design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, developed for the purposes of this order and constituting Annex No. 3 to SWZ.3. The detailed scope of obligations to perform the subject of the order and the rules regarding payment are included in the contract template constituting the proposed provisions. contracts within the meaning of Art. 281 section 1 point 7 of the Act on Public Procurement. The contract template is attached as Annex 4 to SWZ.4.
