- 1. The subject of the order is construction work entitled: Adaptation and renovation of the room to create a patient zone and equipment for the zone.2. This task will be co-financed under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Component D Efficiency, availability and quality of the health care system, investments D1.1.1 Development and modernization of infrastructure of highly specialized care centers and other medical entities.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order, together with a sketch of the room, is included in Appendix No 2 to SWZ. 4. The purpose of the Ordering Party is to renovate and equip the indicated room of the building in which health care services will be provided or health care services will be provided. As part of work related to the creation of the zone patient, it will be necessary to adapt the room for the patient area in the building of the Radiotherapy Department at ul. Raciborska 27 in Katowice.
