Description:
The subject of the order is to adapt the BCF-100 power block in the Katowice heat and power plant to provide balancing services in the national power system (KSE). The subject of the contract includes a project, delivery, installation, configuration, testing and implementation of the operative system cooperation with other production units as part of local frequency regulation (LFC owls). This system aims to integrate the EC Katowice BCF 100 unit ultimately as JGW2 with the national power system (KSE) and enabling the provision of regulatory and balancing services, in accordance with with applicable standards of Polish electricity networks S.A. (PSE) available in the appropriate tab at: https://www.pse.pl/dokumenty. A detailed description of the subject of the contract was specified in Annex 1 to the planned provisions of the contract (Annex 3 to SWZ).
