Description:
1. The subject of the order is the design and execution of construction works consisting in the performance of works related to the adaptation of the building for the needs of strengthening the research potential of the Institute of Horticulture - National Research Institute.2. The subject of the order includes in particular: 1) stage I - preparation of documentation design of all industries for the implementation of the scope of works in accordance with FFU, Annex No. 1 to the Agreement, i.e.: a) development of technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works; b) preparation of BIOZ information; c) preparation of bill of quantities and cost estimates; d) preparation of necessary notifications, obtaining required opinions, conditions and consents that will allow the implementation of the investment project in accordance with the applicable occupational health and safety and fire protection regulations, e) providing the Ordering Party with the prepared documentation along with the required documents that are necessary to start construction works, 2) stage II - execution of construction works based on the developed design documentation.3. The order will be implemented on the basis of a functional and utility program, hereinafter referred to as the PFU, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ together with other documents.
