- 1. The subject of the order is the implementation of an investment task entitled: "Adaptation of the building at ul. Kartuska 32/34 in Gdańsk for the needs of the Gdańsk Benefit Center (GCŚ), together with technical infrastructure and land development. 2. The construction work covered by this procedure is part of project entitled: "Sustainable Rainwater Management Systems in Gdańsk, submitted for implementation under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate and Environment Program 2021-2027, Priority FENX.01 Support for the energy and environment sectors from the Cohesion Fund co-financed by Cohesion Fund funds, action: FENX.01.02 Adaptation of urban areas to climate change, project type: Support for sustainable rainwater management systems with the participation of green/green-blue infrastructure/nature-based solutions (hereinafter referred to as "FENIKS"). 3. Scope The investment includes the construction of a storm sewage system with a retention tank and a pumping station, rain gardens, as well as a road system with parking spaces, sidewalks, area lighting, elements of small architecture and greenery development. In the investment area there is a sports field used by children and teenagers, which will be preserved.
