Description:
1. The subject of the order is the implementation of an investment task entitled: "Adaptation of the building at ul. Kartuska 32/34 in Gdańsk for the needs of the "Gdańsk Benefit Center" (GCŚ), together with technical infrastructure and land development."
2. The construction work covered by these proceedings is part of project entitled: "Sustainable Rainwater Management Systems in Gdańsk", submitted for implementation under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate and Environment Program 2021-2027, Priority FENX.01 Support for the energy sectors
and environment from the Cohesion Fund co-financed by Cohesion Fund funds, action: FENX.01.02 Adaptation of urban areas to climate change, project type: Support for sustainable rainwater management systems with the participation of green/green-blue infrastructure/nature-based solutions (ZNI).
3.The scope of the investment includes construction of a storm sewage system with a retention tank and a pumping station, rain gardens, as well as a road system with parking spaces, sidewalks, area lighting, elements of small architecture and greenery development. There is a playing field in the investment area sports facilities used by children and young people, which will be preserved.
