The subject of the order is the adaptation of the building at ul. Paderewskiego 4 for cultural purposes and reconstruction of the building of the tourist services base located in Chodzież in connection with the implementation of the project entitled WE CHOOSE WELL - CULTURE AND TOURISM DEVELOPMENT PATHS OF CHODZIEY - Part I - Adaptation of the building at ul. Paderewskiego 4 for cultural purposes (implementation in the design-build formula). The scope of the task will include design and construction works in the design-build mode regarding the building at ul. Paderewskiego 4 in Chodziey. The ordering party provides for the possibility of bidding for selected candidates part of the order, for each part the following will be carried out separately: evaluation of the offers, selection of the most advantageous offer and conclusion of the contract (unless the order is obtained for both parts by one Contractor) or cancellation of the procedure.
