Description:
1. The subject of the task entitled "Adaptation of the building at ul. Siemiskiego 6 in Gliwice together with an auxiliary building into the new headquarters of GODS - Contract Engineer" is to perform the function of the Contract Engineer, i.e. to provide services consisting of: 1) providing investor supervision over the implementation of construction works; 2) investment management; 3) preparing the final settlement of the task; 4) supervising the completed construction works during the guarantee and warranty period; - to the extent consistent with the "Detailed scope of work of the Contract Engineer" (APPENDIX No. 16 to the SWZ) and the Contract Engineer's offers (APPENDIX No. 7 to the contract), subject to section 3. The Contract Engineer undertakes to carry out inspections on the construction site during the execution of construction works by all supervisory inspectors of the Contract Engineer Team, referred to in section 10. 1 point 1) - 4) of the contract template (ANNEX No. 7 to the SWZ).2. The Contract Engineer will work in the scope of rights and obligations arising from the contract template and current legal provisions, with particular regard to the Act of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law.3.
