Description:
1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works on the basis of design documentation provided by the Ordering Party, hereinafter referred to as Design Documentation. The Subject of the Agreement will be made of the Contractor's materials, using equipment and accessories provided by the Contractor at its expense and risk.2. The subject of the order includes in particular: 1) adaptation of 2 existing frames to the user's needs; 2) construction of an access road and hardening of the area next to the frames; 3) construction of a drainage system to drain the area next to the frames. Detailed description of the works to be performed as part of the order was included in the design documentation.3. The order will be carried out on the basis of the design documentation constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and the bill of quantities constituting Annex No. 2a to SWZ.
