Description:
1. The subject of the order is the adaptation of the catering room in the microscope laboratory in building B of the sports hall at ul. Tadeusz Kociuszki 2 in Nowy Scz. 2. The scope of works includes in particular: - Demolition works: demolition of partition walls and dismantling door frames and doors; dismantling existing tiles and terracotta; dismantling existing sanitary facilities; dismantling existing electrical devices located in backroom toilets (lighting, light switch, electrical sockets). - Work related to changes method of use: construction of an acoustic wall on a steel structure separating the newly created room; relocation of the electrical cabinet; installation of additional electrical sockets and room lighting; laying a new floor in the existing building room; filling and painting walls; supplementing suspended ceilings.3. The works will be carried out in an active facility, therefore they must be carried out in stages and in a way that minimizes inconvenience to users. The works should be performed in accordance with applicable legal regulations, construction standards, health and safety rules and the Ordering Party's guidelines.3. Details...
