Description:
The subject of the contract is the adaptation or delivery of specialized IT systems for the processing of electronic medical records (EDM) in accordance with the requirements of the Act on the information system in health care (data migration and / or integration) and data exchange with e-services for patientse-services offered under the e-health platform implemented under the project "e-Health at SP ZOZ Ministry of Interior and Administration: development of modern public e-services for patients". HIS) is backz z z data migration and integration and / or exchange used by the Ordering Party (LIS / PACS), delivery of a domain IT system (ERP) along with data migration, delivery of operating systems software necessary for the operation of HIS and ERP, data migration from the HIS systems used,ERP, adaptation and integration of domain systems with SIM as required and other activities.
