Description:
1. The subject of the order are construction works, within the meaning of Art. 7 point 21 of the Public Procurement Law and Art. 3 points 6 and 7a of the Act of July 7, 1994 Construction Law, consisting in adapting the facility to the needs of disabled people and people with reduced mobility, in accordance with the requirements of TSI PRM on communication nodes Bydgoszcz Lena.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, the scope and terms of execution of the order are described in: 1) the draft provisions of the Agreement with annexes, Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, including: a) Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) with annexes - Annex No. 2 to the draft provisions of the Agreement, b) Documentation design (DP) with attachments developed by Eco-Investment Poland Sp. z o. o. street Filtrowa 64/45, 02-055 Warszawa, Appendix No. 1 to the draft provisions of the Agreement, 2) template of the offer form, Appendix No. 2 to SWZ.
