Description:
1. The subject of the order, hereinafter referred to as the basic order, includes the performance of construction works consisting in replacing the roof covering on a farm building, as part of the investment called Adaptation of a farm building into a civil defense warehouse in the town of Jdrzychowice 78, plot no. 342/5, 619/1, 601/1; commune Zgorzelec, registration unit Zgorzelec 022507_2, orb 0004, Jdrzychowice. Location of the building: Jdrzychowice 78.2. BASIC ORDER referred to in section 1 includes construction works consisting in replacing the roof covering on the farm building with ceramic tiles, provided that the roofing architecture is identical to the roofing of the common room adjacent to the outbuilding that is the subject of the order. As part of the basic subject of the order, the Contractor will also perform the necessary maintenance of the roof covering and fill in the gaps in the roof framing, and laying the membrane under the new plasters.3) Acting under the authority resulting from Art. 441 of the Public Procurement Law, the ORDERING PARTY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO EXTEND THE SCOPE OF THE BASIC ORDER, on the terms set out in the content of the ToR and the draft contracts.4)...
