A brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the adaptation of the former Didactic Center of the University of Silesia in Rybnik at ul. Rudzka 13, building C in terms of adaptation to fire-fighting regulations. A material object of the subject: 1. General construction works: 1) demolition works: demolition of an existing staircase, execution of a reduction by existing ceilings, demolition of roof covering in a place of designed smoke flaps, 2) disassembly works: disassembly of hole joinery, dismantling floor and wall cladding, 3) construction works: construction of cage staircase, door liner assembly, 4) assembly works: mounting window woodwork, door carpentry, air-conditioning and aeration assembly, assembly of stair railing, 5) finishing works: frameworking and bruzes, supplementing plastering trips, making new floor and wall claddings, coatings painting on walls and ceilings, 6) accompanying and cleaning works, 7) export and disposal of materials from demolition and disassembly.2.
