Description:
The planned project of adapting the installation for mechanical and biological waste processing in Gwiazdowo to BAT requirements by air-tight sealing of the hall includes, in particular, the design and modernization of the existing waste sorting plant at Plant Gwaste management - Municipal Installation in Gwiazdow, to the extent related to the adaptation of the installation in question to the requirements of Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1147 of August 10, 2018 establishing conclusions on the best available techniques (BAT) forfor waste processing in accordance with Directive 2010/75/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council and the regulation of the mbp. The scope of the subject of the contract does not include the extension or modernization of the sorting line and will not affect the effectiveness of the separation of raw material waste contained inw strumieniu odpadow komunalnych.
