Description:
The subject of this order is the execution of the task entitled: Adaptation of the municipal building in Domaradzka Kunia, ul. Szkolna 5, 46-034 Room for a civil defense warehouse co-financed from the budget of the Opole Voivodeship. The scope of the planned investment includes: 1. Renovation of the electrical installation in a building adapted for an OC2 warehouse. Replacement of a 100kW central heating boiler in a building adapted for an OC 3 warehouse. Construction of a new chimney in a building adapted for an OC4 warehouse. Renovation of the central heating and water and sewage installations in a building adapted for a OC warehouse. The scope of work should be carried out in accordance with the attached documentation. The scope of work includes, among others: 1) disassembly of the solid fuel boiler together with the fittings, 2) disassembly of the boiler base, 3) disassembly of the flue gas duct, 4) disassembly of the ventilation, 5) construction of the boiler base, 6) installation of the pellet boiler along with the sludge filter and separator, 7) replacement of the primary and secondary pump, 8) installation of the weather regulator, 9) installation of the flue gas chimney on the facade, 10) construction of the chimney base, 11) installation of ventilation, 12) installation of the boiler water conditioner with fittings, 13) installation of fittings for supplementing the rear, 14) disassembly of the washbasin with fittings and he can...
