The subject of the order is the provision of programming services related to the adaptation of the existing National Single Window system (National Single Contact Point) in order to adapt the system to new technical, operational and legal requirements resulting from the provisions of the regulation (EU) 2019/1239 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 June 2019 establishing a European system of maritime single windows and repealing Directive 2010/65/EU (OJ L 198, 25/07/291, p. 64) (hereinafter referred to as the EMSWe Regulation) and secondary acts to the above-mentioned Regulation (EU).
