Description:
The subject of the order is the renovation of the old rectory building in Olenica, which is the first stage of adapting the facility for the purposes of social infrastructure and support for the elderly. Expected scope of construction works within stage I:1. Replacing the tile roof covering;2. Renovation of a wooden roof beam/spot replacement of a damaged structure with the same parameters;3. Renovation of the wooden ceiling/spot replacement of damaged beams with formwork of the same parameters;4. Renovation of external foundation walls adding mortars/strengthening/filling the facing stones and plinths in the foundation;5. Insulation of external foundation and basement walls to ground level;6. Replacement of windows and external doors with a similar appearance to the existing ones;7. Renovation external walls and renovation of external plasters and cornices while maintaining the existing appearance, reconstructing the missing ones to resemble the existing ones.8. Demolition underg. 9. Construction of a sticky concrete screed for the floors on the ground floor.
