Description:
1. The subject of the order is the adaptation of the primary school in Smolice in the field of early childhood education - changing the use of part of the attic into specialist offices along with the reconstruction of the building in accordance with the assumptions and guidelines contained in the design documents with annexes. 2. Detailed description The subject of the order is Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, which consists of: a) Design documentation, b) Bills of quantities, c) Technical specifications, STWiOR, 3. The Ordering Party reserves that when describing the subject of the order by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and reference systems technical issues referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Act, allows solutions equivalent to those described, and such a reference is accompanied by the words "or equivalent" even despite the possible lack of a phrase in the content of the description of the subject of the order.4. Whenever in this content the SWZ, as far as the description is concerned the subject of the contract, a trademark, patent or origin, source or specific process characterizing a specific product is mentioned, it is assumed that such an indication is accompanied by the word: or equivalent.
