The subject of the order is the adaptation of the Primary School in Zalesie Maym in the field of inclusive education for construction works in accordance with the assumptions and guidelines contained in the design documents and annexes. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, which includes: a) Design documentation, b) Work bills, c) Technical specifications, STWiOR,3. The Ordering Party reserves that when describing the subject of the order by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Act, allows solutions equivalent to those described, and such a reference is accompanied by the words "or equivalent" even despite the possible lack of a phrase in the content of the description of the subject of the order.4. Whenever this SWZ content, within the scope of the description of the subject of the order, mentions a trademark, patent or origin, source or specific process characterizing a specific product, it is assumed that such an indication is accompanied by the word: or equivalent.
