- Description:
- Part I - reconstruction and expansion of the building of Primary School No. 1 in Posko, including land development. The order will be implemented in the design and build mode in two stages: 1) Stage I - design: includes the development of design and cost estimate documentation along with obtaining the final decision on the building permit.2) Stage II - build: includes the implementation of construction works, based on the obtained building permit decision and approved design documentation. Stage I DESIGN Within stage I, the Contractor's obligations will include: 1) preparing the concept 2) preparing the documentation design based on functional and utility programs, 3) preparing detailed technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, 4) preparing bills of quantities and investor cost estimates, 5) ensuring author's supervision, 6) obtaining all conditions, opinions, agreements, permits and decisions required to implement the designed intention, 7) obtaining, on behalf of the Ordering Party, the final decision on the construction permit.
