The subject of the order is the adaptation of rooms for the Children's Club in Cedynia located at ul. Mieszka I 21,74-520 Cedynia, design and build. The task will be implemented through adaptation - reconstruction and change of use of some of the kindergarten rooms in the building of the School and Kindergarten Complex. - Primary School. Heroes of the First Polish Army and the Municipal Kindergarten in Cedynia for the needs of the Children's Club for 15 children.4. The order includes, among others: a) preparation of complete design and cost estimate documentation in accordance with applicable regulations and standards, along with obtaining, on behalf of the Ordering Party, all legally required arrangements (fire brigade, sanitary inspectorate, etc.) and decisions, including the decision on the building permit for the planned adaptation and construction facilities such as a driveway for buildings and parking spaces - the Contractor will present the concept, construction and executive design to the Ordering Party for the task in question; The project should be prepared taking into account the following sectors: - architecture, - construction, - water and sewage installations, - central heating installation, - electrical and lighting installation, - monitoring installation external...
