Description:
Adaptation of the premises of the building of the Municipal Kindergarten No. 2 in Czarnkow for the purpose of serving as a municipal arcade, including the first stage of the building's reconstruction (the rooms marked on the floor plans in orange - the arcade and in green - the common parts) are subject to implementation, as well as comprehensive development area around the building, in particular: internal construction works: - demolition works, - earthworks and foundation works of the elevator shaft and reconstruction of two entrances to the building, - ground floor floor, demolition of part of the floor at the new entrance to the building and construction of a new one adapted to the level of the remaining floors in the building, - masonry and reinforced concrete works, elevator shaft casing, filling in openings, brickwork, reinforced concrete elements, - partition walls made of plasterboards, HPL boards, aluminum with glazing, - steel lintels, - steel structure for smoke flaps, - roof over the entrance along with the steel structure, - dismantling and installation of new internal and external door joinery (in rooms covered by the first stage of works), - wall cladding and finishing, - ceiling finishing, - floor finishing, - permanent equipment, smoke vents, handrails, balustrades, - wi...
