Description:
The subject of this order is the contractor to implement all investments in the formula "Design and build" as described by the subject of the contract provided for in the procedure conducted in the procedure of unlimited tender under the name "Adaptation of rooms for the needs of the laboratory inPediatric Center J. Korczak in Łodź at al. Piłsudskiego 71. "
In particular, the subject of the contract includes:
a) execution of the construction and executive project of all industries in accordance with the subject of the contract, technical specifications of construction and acceptance of construction works and obtainingbuilding permits or notification of construction works not requiring a building permit (if required).
b) execution of installation works on the basis of a completed executive project,
c) Speaking of the author's author's supervision in the scope referred to in the Act ofJuly 7, 1994 Construction Law,
d) organizing and conducting the necessary attempts, tests, measurements and acceptance, as well as the final acceptance of all works of a given stage, which is the subject of the contract,
e) drawing up a notification on behalf of the contracting authority about the commencement and completion of work and obtainingpermits required by law necessary to make the object and put it for use (if required),
a detailed description of the subject of the contract contains a functional and utility program (hereinafter referred to as PFU) Annex 2 to SWZ.
