Description:
1) The subject of the order is the performance of construction works for an investment project called Adaptation of rooms in the Primary School in Lubicz Grny for the needs of kitchen facilities and its equipment 2) The project is planned for plot 40/17, precinct 0011, Lubicz Grny in accordance with the design documentation, constitute an annex to the Agreement, bill of quantities, technical specifications and arrangements, based on the final construction permit decision No. AB.6740.4.148.2024.KMY of October 21, 2024. issued by the Starost of Toruski.3) Detailed description of the subject of the order and its scope are specified in the technical documentation, including: project documentation, including: technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, bills of quantities, industry arrangements, administrative decisions (including construction permit/notification of the intention to start work), which documents should be considered together.
