- The subject of the order are construction works under the task titled: Adaptation of the premises of the WSZ in Kalisz in the physiotherapy laboratory as part of the Fit and Health project - a medical rehabilitation program. The adaptation covers the rooms of the Treatment Facility, which is located on floor 2 in segment A. the main building of the Provincial Hospital in Kalisz at ul. Poznaska 79. The aim of the adaptation is to increase the space for the needs of the physiotherapy studio. 2) The scope of work includes: 1. construction of partition walls from plasterboards, 2. construction of a new floor (screed + PVC floor covering), 3. construction of openings windows, 4. ventilation with Spiro pipes between rooms and connection to the ventilation duct + anemostats, 5. installation of a hygro-controlled air vent with a capacity of 30 m3/h, 6. replacement of the central heating installation. replacing the radiator with two, 7. making the electrical installation (socket and lighting) with fixtures and fittings and IT, 8. replacement of double-leaf door joinery 140x205 cm 3 pcs., 9. replacement of single-leaf door joinery 100x205 cm 13 pcs., 10. replacement of steel door joinery 80x205 cm 2 pcs., 11. replacement of doors wewntr...
