- 1. The subject of the order are renovation and adaptation works of parts of the rooms of the village community center in the town of Elgiszewo on plot 80/1 for the daily operation of the Rado Day Care Home, implemented under co-financing from the European Funds for Kujawy and Pomerania 2021-2027 program co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus. 2. The area of the building to be renovated is 198 m2. 3. Planned works under the order in accordance with the attached bill of quantities constituting Annex No. 1: - cutting off tiles in the vestibule and corridors - dismantling floors and laying new ones - replacing tiles in bathrooms - construction of new partition walls - installation of new doors - Filling - painting - partial replacement of the existing electrical installation - construction of new suspended ceilings - adaptation of the room into a kitchenette - installation of new blinds 4. The subject of the order also includes: organization and securing the construction site, tidying up the area after completion of the works5.
