Adaptation works, software delivery and maintenance service of maintaining functioning control pointsfor the control system in the electronic taxable fee system of the National Tax Administration (SPOE KAS) - parts 1 and 2

1. The subject of the contract are adaptation work, software delivery and maintenance service of maintaining functioning control points for the control system in the electronic fee collection systemNational Tax Administration (SPOE KAS) Part 1 and 2.
2. The subject of the contract is within each part:
2.1. As part of the basic order:
2.1.1. Delivery of the software and installing it at checkpoints - according to the selection made by the Contractor in the offer among:
2.1.1.1.using all the equipment mounted on control points and supplementing it with new equipment necessary to meet the requirements specified in OPZ,
2.1.1.2. using a part of the equipment mounted on control points and supplementing it with new equipment necessary to meet the requirementsspecified in the OPZ together with the provision of storage service of dismantled equipment as part of adaptation works,
2.1.1.3. with the supply of completely new equipment necessary to meet the requirements specified in OPZ together with the provision of the storage service of the dismantled equipment under the workAdaptive;
2.1.2. ensuring communication on control points;
