- The subject of the order is the reconstruction, superstructure and expansion of an office building in the Penitentiary in Koronowo, located on the premises of the penitentiary unit as part of the task: Addition of a staircase with elevators and reconstruction of administration rooms in the Penitentiary in Koronowo, carried out in the design and build formula, including the development of complete design documentation, obtaining the required approvals and administrative decisions, and execution of construction works together with an as-built inventory. The investment is located on the premises of the Correctional Facility in Koronowo, at ul. Bydgoska 27, 86-010 Koronowo, in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. The facility covered by the study is located in the central part of the facility complex, within a closed penitentiary unit. The planned investment is located in the Old Town District, entered into the register of monuments with registration number A/1418b in conservation protection zone A. The area of the Old Town district is covered by an archaeological protection zone. The investment area is not covered by the local development plan.
