Additional purchase and extension of technical support for the authorization monitoring and auditing system. 1. Name of the order: Supplementary purchase and extension of technical support for the authorization monitoring and auditing system. 2. Subject The order is a supplementary purchase and extension of technical support for the System*, including: 2.1.Purchase of temporary supplemental licenses and subscriptions to use the System Extension Software or equivalent solution, including: 2.1.1. Execution by the Technical Design Contractor together with the transfer of proprietary rights to the Technical Design and dependent rights; 2.1.2. Delivery to the Ordering Party's Location of Software for System expansion and delivery of detailed license terms and conditions subscriptions, System expansion software (specified by the manufacturer of the System expansion software) confirming the purchase of licenses and subscriptions for the System expansion software and their granting by the manufacturer of the System expansion software System expansion; 2.1.3. Provision of installation and implementation services; 2.1.4. Preparation of As-Built Documentation together with the transfer of copyrights to the As-Built Documentation and dependent rights; 2.1.5. Conducting workshops training courses for a maximum of 8 System administrators, along with the transfer of copyrights and derivative rights to works in the field of training materials; 2.1.6.
